• Develop a better educated and skilled workforce

• Increase the high school graduation rate above the state and federal levels

• Encourage lifelong learning

• Secure funding from state and federal agencies for increased educational needs

•  Provide sufficient services for dislocated workers

•  Establish alternate learning programs and aids for those not college

• Encourage all workforce development programs to work  together

• Incorporate the work keys assessment into the vocational course work in the public schools

• Work with Gaston Chamber to market work keys process to member businesses
